Shipping Policy
Order Processing Times
Orders will take 7 to 10 days to process, since shipping is processed once a week. You will receive an email as soon as your order has finished processing and is being shipped.
Domestic and international shipping options
CORREOS España will ship all orders, and the shipping options available are as follows:
- Ordinary Shipping: This is the most affordable option and does not include tracking. We have never had problems with this specific shipping option.

- Certified Shipping: This option does include tracking, but a signature is mandatory upon arrival, which has caused some problems before. Please be aware that the item will be returned if you aren’t home to sign the package, the two times they will try to deliver it.

Returns, changes, and cancellations
Returns are not available for any paper products, as prints and stickers. You may be eligible for a return or a change in keychain and standee products if the product arrives broken or defective. If that is the case, please contact me at naeunshi.art@gmail.com
Cancellations are available only when the order hasn’t been shipped yet. Please contact me at naeunshi.art@gmail.com for cancellations.
Potential service interruptions
If any delay occurs in the processing or shipping of the order, it will be communicated through our social media at @naeun_shi on Instagram and Twitter (X).
Order tracking details
Orders shipped by Certified Shipping will receive a tracking number through email, which they will be able to use to track the package. The number may take a few hours to start working in some cases.
